State Chairman’s Comment on Dan Maes

“Unfortunately, the people most affected by Dan Maes’ very unfortunate decision to remain our candidate are Colorado’s college students. Now more than ever we need to be able to have a governor and a candidate for governor who has the moral authority to lead this state in providing jobs and economic development. It is my opinion that regretfully, Dan Maes no longer has that ability and should have left the race today.”

Troy Ard, 22, is a junior at Colorado State University- Pueblo was unanimously elected the State Chairman of Colorado’s Federation of College Republicans in April. The State Federation consists of more than 12 college campuses across the state.

Do you want some campaign experience?

As Colorado CRs gear up for the 2010 elections, it’s time to get down to business! There’s a very important role that needs to be filled as we move ahead. Would you like to get some experience working with the State Federation as our Statewide Field Director? This is going to be a vital position in coordinating the Colorado CRs election operations with the Republican Party, Campaigns, and our college campuses. It’s also a great way to get some experience working in the fast paced election environment as we get down to business and take back our state!

If you’re interested, or you know anyone who would be great for this job, contact troy@coloradocollegerepublicans.org or on Facebook @Troy Ard.

To November Victory,

Troy Ard
